What guarantees do you provide on SEO rankings?
You should not select Creative if you are looking for Guaranteed natural listings in Google and Yahoo. This is a scam which many new seo companies employ to get projects. If you expect us to give written guarantees for search engine optimization, then please do not select Creative. We are a genuine company (not here to do one time sales and vanish away) and would rather not take projects than engage in a sales gimmick.
We do not guarantee but assure listings in top 20 results, but have delivered 99.9% top 10 results till now. We contract for 10 key phrases, but always work on more than 10 and our clients are always benefited with more than contracted.
Our SEO plans are simple, you have to pay 2 installments 50-50. First installment will be before starting the work. You don’t have to pay us second installment, until your site is on the first 20 results of either of top search engines like Google, Yahoo and MSN for contracted key phrases for minimum 15 days. Once we achieve the first 20 ranking on any of above search engines for your target key phrases, we will request you for 2nd and final installment and will work on your websites ranking till 12 months from contracted period. For further services, you will have to contract AMC with us quarterly basis. However it’s our record that more than the key phrases contracted are resulted in top 5 majorly 1st rank in Google, Yahoo and MSN.
- What files and resources will you need access to? And what will be the guarantee for flow of website remains un affected?
Depending on the previous SEO work done on the website, we may review every web page that can be indexed by the search engines, but we may only optimize a handful. If needed, we may even create more pages relevant to key phrases. This will depend on your chosen target keywords and your web page content. We have a broad range of experience working with ASP, PHP, ASPX file types and numerous content management systems and server types. We generally upload the changes to your web server once the content is approved by you via FTP. We work majorly on the content part and do no changes in coding or flow of website. So the flow of the websites generally does not gets affected.
However, in case of exceptions, if there is any damage to User's computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any content, materials, and information from the Site, Creative shall have no responsibility for same.
Creative may change or discontinue any part, after contracted period, which is feeded by Creative team in the website for its promotion.
- How long it will take to achieve the top 20 results?
On average in the first 6-8 weeks you will be able to see your ranking results improve in some cases very dramatically. If your website has been online for at least 1 year, a top 20 ranking for your website is possible in a 4-6 month time frame for most of your target keyword phrases on Google.
- Do you guarantee top 20 ranking on Google, Yahoo and MSN as well?
As said earlier, we submit your website to all search engines and our SEO contract gets completed once we achieve rankings for contracted key phrases, for more than 15 days in either of the 3 search engines (Google,Yahoo,MSN)
- How long will my site stay in 1st 20 results of Search engines (Yahoo. MSN, Google) once my 12 months contract is up?
Depends on many factors; regular search engine algorithm updates, your competitors and changes made to your own website. On average you can expect your ranking to stay relatively steady for 6 - 8 months without doing any additional work on the website or continue building link popularity. Of course, with a continued low intensity link building program the ranking results can be maintained indefinitely. Please ask us about our monthly maintenance plans to ensure your website's long term ranking success.
- Does your company ensure that there will be no SEO techniques and practices that may result in worse search engine results or black listing/banning of the site on search engines?
We believe in the long term success of our clients websites. We are only using optimization and link popularity building techniques that we would also use on our own website, which is completely within Google's guidelines. We don't use doorway pages, keyword stuffing, meta tags abuse, cloaking or link farms. We will disclose all our SEO methods to our clients, as a matter of fact we invite you to ask questions and raise concerns so we can offer you clarifications related to the techniques used by us. We are a White HAT SEO company.
- Will your SEO techniques require any cosmetic changes to the site?
Yes, but the chances will not be too intrusive. Most often we will increase the indexable text on the web pages if required to about 150-200 words per web page and add few links in all web pages for search engine navigation. This is the most visible change you will see as a result of our optimization on your site. Most of the SEO "work" is done off site in the form of link building.
- Do I have to place links on my site as part of a link exchange?
Yes we will require you to place few links on your site to point to outside resource. We build one-way as well as reciprocal links to your site from related resources and therefore we need back links from your site. However, we will arrange the display of links page in such a manner on the website, that, it won’t affect look and feel of your website in any case.
- What reporting tools will you provide for us to track the results?
We use an independent Creative ranking report which is delivered to you within 1st week of every month. This report describes position of your key phrases in various search engines. For dynamic websites and higher key phrases contracts we even provide monthly statistics report and Google analytics integration to the website
- What types of payment schedules are available?
Our SEO optimization plans are billed in 2 installments 50-50. First installment, before starting the work, and 2nd installment, after completion of work. Our preferred payment method cheque, cash, bank wire transfer, PayPal or Credit Card.
- Can I cancel the SEO contract anytime?
No. You have an obligation to allow us 6 months to achieve first 20 positions ranking on Google, Yahoo or MSN. We need 6 months in some cases when very competitive keywords take months of intensive link building to achieve even moderate gains in rankings. Also Google ages the links we build before giving them full value.
* If you cancel the contract before the 12th month from the date of the signing, you are liable for the full SEO fees according to the terms of the contact.
- What happens if I change my mind and no longer need the website or want to redirect it to another domain?
The same terms apply as if you have cancelled the contract, your are responsible for all SEO fees based on a top 20 rankings over 12 months.
- For the purposes of receiving professional SEO services, Client agrees to provide the following:
- Administrative/back end access to the website for analysis of content and structure.
- Permission to make changes for the purpose of optimization, and to communicate directly with any third parties, e.g., your web designer, if necessary.
- Unlimited access to existing website traffic statistics for analysis and tracking purposes.
- A clientsite.net email address for the purposes of requesting links (something like link@websitename.com)
- Authorization to use client pictures, logos, trademarks, web site images, pamphlets, content, etc., for any use on Internet as deemed necessary by Creative Web Promotion for search engine optimization purposes.
- If Client’s site is lacking in textual content, Client will provide additional text content in electronic format for the purpose of creating additional or richer web pages. Creative Web Mall (India) Pvt. Ltd. can create site content at additional cost to the Client. If Client is interested in purchasing content from Creative, please contact Creative Web Promotion for a cost estimate.
- Client must acknowledge the following with respect to SEO services:
- All fees are non-refundable.
- All fees, services, documents, recommendations, and reports are confidential.
- Creative has no control over the policies of search engines with respect to the type of sites and/or content that they accept now or in the future. The Client’s website may be excluded from any directory or search engine at any time at the sole discretion of the search engine or directory.
- Due to the competitiveness of some keywords/phrases, ongoing changes in search engine ranking algorithms, and other competitive factors, Creative does not guarantee #1 positions or consistent top 10 positions for any particular keyword, phrase, or search term.
- Google has been known to hinder the rankings of new websites (or pages) until they have proven their viability to exist for more than “x” amount of time. This is referred to as the “Google Sandbox.” Creative assumes no liability for ranking/traffic/indexing issues related to Google Sandbox penalties.
- Some search directories offer expedited listing services for a fee. If the Client wishes to engage in said expedited listing services (e.g., paid directories), the Client is responsible for all paid for inclusion or expedited service fees. Creative can offer a list of expedited listing services upon request.
- Linking to “bad neighborhoods” or getting links from “link farms” can seriously damage all SEO efforts. Creative does not assume liability for the Client’s choice to link to or obtain a link from any particular website or without prior consultation.
- Creative is not responsible for changes made to the website by other parties or deletion of any pages on the website before prior consultation, that adversely affect the search engine rankings of the Client’s website.
- Additional Services not listed herein (such as managing pay-per click campaigns, copy writing, etc.) can be provided for an additional fee.
- The Client guarantees any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork provided to Creative for inclusion on the website above are owned by the Client, or that the Client has received permission from the rightful owner(s) to use each of the elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Creative and its subcontractors from any liability or suit arising from the use of such elements.
- Creative is not responsible for the Client overwriting SEO work to the Client’s site. (e.g., Client/web master uploading over work already provided/optimized). The Client will be charged an additional fee for re-constructing content.
What is the process that we follow for Search engine optimization of my website?
Phase 1:
- Initial analysis of clients business, creating keywords and initial SEO report within 7 days from date of signing the contract.
- Website optimization and initial submission to search engines and directories, within 60 days from date of signing the contract.
- Monthly submissions, link building and ranking reports to client, and maintaining results till 12 months from date of signing the contract.
